Patient Service Centers
Memorial Day Holiday Hours

Monday May 27th, 2024: All patient service centers will be CLOSED with STAT services available in observance of the Memorial Day Holiday.
We will provide STAT On-Call phlebotomy services 7:30am-3:30pm. These services are for EMERGENT use only. Ordering physicians need to call UR Medicine Labs Client Services: (585) 758-0510 option 3 to arrange STAT services. Patients will be scheduled for appointments within 1 hour of calls, and services will be provided at the patient service center at 2400 S. Clinton Ave, Bldg. H, Suite 140.
UR Medicine Labs offers patient service centers in and around Monroe County with convenient hours
- We welcome lab orders from any physician or provider.
- For assistance in scheduling appointments or if you have a general question, please call client services at
585-758-0510, option 3.
- Upon arrival, visitors check in with our electronic check in process using a smartphone or iPad provided inside the entrance. If you are unable to check in electronically, please ask a staff member for assistance. After checking in, all visitors will have the option to wait in the waiting room (masked) or wait in their vehicle until they are called in.
